Our chat rooms are monitored to provide our roomies a friendly and safe place to chat with friends and play bingo. The following rules are imposed for fairness and security reasons. We want the Bingo Knights chat room to be a place where all members can feel secure and enjoy themselves.

We have high standards and many roomies tell us they appreciate our diligence in this matter. To many, it is a home away from home. We know we have an exceptional group of people here and we are working on having the BEST chatrooms on the net!

If a CH is not available in chat, please contact us thru our toll free phone number 800-399-6311 or via email if you have any problems in the chat rooms at support@bingoknights.com. If it is a real emergency, you can use Live Help to get a message to the office, or send in a trouble ticket.

1. NO impersonating another person in chat.
   
2. NO indecent or foul language.
   
3. NO cussing or off-colored remarks.
   
4. NO harassment of other roomies.
   
5. No flooding in chat games (multiple repeat line of text or characters).
   
6. No arguing or bickering at anytime. Complaints are best handled by email or trouble ticket.
   
7. Be courteous and helpful to your fellow roomies!
   
8. Choose a nickname in good taste.
   
9. Have respect for the CH's authority.
   
10. Players should not slander, abuse or threaten others.
    
11. Players are not permitted to use racial, sexual or ethnic slurs.
    
12. Players should not use vulgar or threatening statements.
    
13. Players should not promote various websites or companies in Bingo Knights chat rooms.
    
14. PLAY NICE and be happy for all winners when they are winning - You wouldn't want anyone to be mean to you so don't be mean to others!

If you break the rules, a CH may/will revoke that user of their chat privileges and possibly disable their player's account altogether.

Any disabled player may earn their chat privileges ONLY by e-mailing our support@bingoknights.com explaining their situation or any possible misunderstanding. Our Chat Manager will reply to any such case with a fare decision.
