DORITO SALAD

Ingredient(s):
You will need:
1 Bag of Doritos
1 lb ground beef
1 can of red kidney beans
1 cup of shredded cheese
1/2 cup of thousand island or russian dressing
1 head of lettuce
1 pkg of dry taco seasoning
tomato wedges (optional for garnish)

Fry the ground beef and drain, put back on low heat and add the red
kidney beans (drain the kidney beans before adding to beef) Then gently stir in the taco seasoning, continue to cook on low heat, stirring
occaisionally until kidney beans are warm.

Shred the head of lettuce in a large bowl. Add the cup of shredded
cheese to the lettuce and gently mix in.

Now add the ground beef & been mixture to the lettuce & cheese and then stir in 1/2 cup of dressing. (you can add more dressing if the salad seems too dry when you are finished adding all the ingredients)
Now take about 1/3 of the bag of Doritos and crumble them into smaller pieces and mix in with the salad.

Serve with tomato wedges and more Doritos as garnish, best served in a bowl and while the salad is still warm :)
